This plan consists of:
Sanitization and disinfection
Complete hotel cleaning and disinfection protocols will be carried out for the rapid removal of viruses, bacteria and fungi.
In addition to:
✓ Daily disinfection of textiles at more than 60ºC
✓ Adequacy of the amenities service for the guests.
✓ Use of new approved materials that are safer and more hygienic.
✓ Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers throughout the resort.
Security and control in common areas
In common areas such as swimming pools, buffet and other spaces of greater traffic, a new arrangement of elements will be made to guarantee security measures.
We will also carry out:
✓ Body temperature control.
✓ Protective measures for guests and employees.
✓ New protocols for receiving merchandise from suppliers.
Water areas
The resort has 3,000 m2 of aquatic area, which will make it easier for users to comply with social distancing regulations. The water areas, as well as their accessories, for example sun loungers, will be disinfected after use.
Adaptation of the Restaurant and Bars
The hotel has five restaurants, which guarantees that customers can enjoy the service without crowds, leaving the corresponding safety distance between each other. Our buffet with show cookings will consist of a greater reinforcement, in addition to the necessary security measures (gloves and masks). You can view the menus of our restaurants from your own device through the QR code.
